  • 6 cups vegan marshmallows
  • 4 cups Rice Bubbles
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Red food coloring

Instructions

  1. Prepare a Bain-Marie by boiling water in a small pot. Place a heatproof bowl over the pot.
  2. Melt the butter and vegan marshmallows in the bowl while whisking continuously until smooth, about 2-4 minutes.
  3. Stir in salt and red food coloring until desired color is achieved.
  4. In another bowl, combine Rice Bubbles and pour the melted mixture over them. Mix until coated.
  5. Lightly oil your hands and shape the mixture into oval brains, using a knife for detailing.
  6. Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
