  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup Nutella
  • ½ cup vegan marshmallow fluff

Instructions

  1. Cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Mix in eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients until just combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Scoop dough onto a lined baking sheet, create an indentation in each scoop, fill with Nutella and marshmallow fluff, then top with another scoop of dough.
  6. Bake for about 12 minutes until set but soft in the center. Allow to cool before transferring.
