  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 ounces sliced provolone cheese
  • 2.25 ounces canned sliced black olives
  • 16 ounces dried spaghetti
  • 16 ounces marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, olive oil, parsley flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Shape into 2-inch meatballs and place on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Top each meatball with provolone cheese and an olive slice for the 'eyeball.'
  6. Return to oven for 2-3 minutes to melt cheese.
  7. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain.
  8. Heat marinara sauce and mix with cooked spaghetti before serving topped with eyeballs.
