  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • parsley flakes

Instructions

  4. Soak the cleaned potatoes in a mixture of cold water and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice to prevent browning.
