  • ¾ cup cocoa powder

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ⅓ cup white chocolate chips (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13 inch pan with foil, spraying it with cooking spray.
  2. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir in the cocoa powder until combined.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together eggs, sugar, and vegetable oil until light and foamy. Add the melted butter/cocoa mixture and vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt; gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool completely before cutting into squares. For decoration, melt white chocolate and pipe onto brownies in a spider web design.
