  • 5 medium-sized potatoes, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce (enough to coat chicken)
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • garlic powder (to season potatoes)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Potatoes: Wash and chop the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Toss them in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Layer in the Slow Cooker: Place the seasoned potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Season the Chicken: Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Lay over the potatoes.
  4. Add Garlic & Sauce: Spread minced garlic on top of chicken and pour enough sauce to coat.
  5. Cook It Up: Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until chicken is tender.
  6. Cheese Time: Add mozzarella cheese during the last 30 minutes of cooking for melty goodness.
