  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 2 cups cooked rice or quinoa
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken by mixing olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, turmeric, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat the chicken thighs evenly and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
