  • 4 tbsp Kewpie mayo
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 2 tsp soy sauce

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar with sugar and salt until dissolved. Pour over cooked sushi rice and combine well.
