  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 oz dark chocolate (chopped)

Instructions

  2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt in a separate bowl.
  3. Cream the softened butter with sugars until fluffy; add orange zest and vanilla.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time; mix in dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fold in chopped dark chocolate; refrigerate dough for at least two hours.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare baking sheets.
  7. Scoop dough onto sheets, leaving space between each ball, and sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
