Wow. It’s March. I cannot tell you how happy it makes me to be done with my 2 least favorite months of the year. Especially this year. Our February was officially the coldest month in history. Of any month. Ever. For a short month, it sure was long. And cold.
So here is my first week of March menu. It’s boring and dull, but that’s ok. I’m still attempting to get out of hibernation mode and sticking with food that comforts me.
