We are empty-nesters once again! All the children are safely back at their respective colleges for the 2nd semester of the school year. The weekly food bill will drop dramatically. Believe it or not, I only spent $34 at the grocery store yesterday! I also need to remember how to cook for 2 instead of 3 or 4. Leftovers tend to pile up in the fridge with just 2 of us eating! This week is awkward, my husband is working odd hours toward the end of the week, so the regular dinner menu will be just me. And that means I can eat whatever I want!
