January will be half over this week! That was fast! We’re getting back into the swing of things after the holidays. I started a new job last week, so I’m back working full-time. This is when having a meal plan becomes imperative for me. I like to be organized and this is the best way I know how. In the morning, if I have to take something out of the freezer to defrost in the fridge, I will do so. If I need to get the crock pot ready, I can do that as well. The menu plan is a huge help to stay ahead of the game.
This is what our week looks like. Some are favorite meals, one meal we haven’t had in years (lasagna!) and even a night out on the town thrown in. I hope everyone has a great week!
