  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Bake un-pierced sweet potatoes on a baking sheet for 40-45 minutes until soft. Allow to cool.

  3. Remove skins from cooled sweet potatoes and cut into 1/2-inch thick slices. Layer sweet potatoes and apples in an 8×8 or 9×9 baking dish.
