  • 28 oz marinara sauce
  • 24 oz potato gnocchi
  • 4 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large sauté pan, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
  2. Add olive oil, chopped onion, and minced garlic to the pan. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, parsley, salt, and pepper. Sauté until onions are translucent (3-5 minutes).
  3. Stir in the marinara sauce and chicken broth. Simmer covered on low heat for 20 minutes.
  4. Add the gnocchi to the sauce mixture and cover again; cook for an additional 10 minutes until the gnocchi is tender.
  5. Stir in mozzarella cheese until melted and bubbly before serving.
