  • 300 g turkey strips
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 250 ml vegetable or chicken broth
  • 300 g brie cheese (rind removed)
  • 300 ml heavy cream
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika powder
  • 1/3 cup parsley (chopped)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut turkey strips into thin slices. Mince garlic and dice onion.
  2. In a pan over medium heat, cook turkey until golden brown. Remove from pan.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter, then sauté garlic and onion until translucent.
  4. Add broth and brie; stir until cheese melts. Mix in heavy cream, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Add gnocchi to the sauce; simmer for a few more minutes until coated.
  6. Stir in chopped parsley and cooked turkey before serving.
