  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
  2. In a bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, half of the Alfredo sauce, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread remaining Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Fill each noodle with the seafood mixture and roll them up seam-side down in the dish.
  4. Top with remaining Alfredo sauce and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  5. Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 20 minutes; then remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly.
