  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 jar marinara sauce (about 24 oz)
  • 1 package cheese-filled ravioli (about 9 oz)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Add diced onion and minced garlic; sauté until onions are translucent.
  2. Stir in the marinara sauce and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Cook the ravioli according to package instructions; drain.
  4. In a greased casserole dish, layer half of the beef mixture, half of the ravioli, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers and finish with remaining cheese.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
