- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken meat or imitation crab, shredded
- 1 tablespoon green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
- In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese, chicken or imitation crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, soy sauce, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface and spoon 1-2 teaspoons of filling in the center. Wet the edges and fold to seal tightly.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot over medium-high heat.
- Fry the bombs in batches for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oil and drain excess grease on paper towels. Serve hot with sweet and sour sauce.
