  • ¼ cup whole milk
  • 5 oz plain cream cheese, room temperature
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 12 tablespoons canola oil
