  • 2 tubes (13.8 ounces each) pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded, divided)
  • 2 cups parmesan cheese (grated, divided)
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken (shredded, divided)
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce (divided)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and spray a large bundt pan with cooking spray.
  2. Cut pizza dough into ½-inch pieces and place in a bowl.
  3. Drizzle dough balls with olive oil, then add Italian seasoning and minced garlic; mix well.
  4. Layer half of the mozzarella and parmesan cheese at the bottom of the bundt pan followed by half of the seasoned dough balls and half of the shredded chicken topped with half of the Alfredo sauce. Repeat layers.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Invert onto a plate to serve after cooling for five minutes.
