  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil lasagna noodles until al dente. Drain and lay flat on a towel.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Spread some Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Place about 1/4 cup filling on each noodle, roll tightly, and arrange seam-side down in the dish.
  4. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover with foil and bake for about 25 minutes; then uncover and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving and garnish with fresh parsley.
