  • 1 small honeydew melon
  • 1 cup ciliegine mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 3 ounces turkey slices
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Pineapple vinegar
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh cracked pepper
  • Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Halve the cantaloupe and honeydew melons. Use a melon baller to scoop out fruit balls from each half.
