  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 3/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 8 Ounces Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Large Egg (room temperature)
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Blackberry Swirl: In a saucepan, combine blackberries, sugar, and water over medium heat. Cook until it thickens (5-7 minutes). Set aside to cool.
  2. Make the Brownie Batter: Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in sugar, then add eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract and salt. Sift in cocoa powder and flour; mix until smooth.
  3. Prepare the Cheesecake Layer: In a bowl, beat cream cheese, Greek yogurt, egg, sugar, and salt until creamy.
