  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 8 lemon wedges
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon chopped dill

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (191°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Place the salmon skin-side down on the prepared sheet. Brush half of the melted butter over it, then season with salt and pepper.
  3. Drizzle the remaining butter on top along with minced garlic, placing lemon wedges around the fish.
  4. Bake for about 12 minutes until the thickest part of the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 125°F (52°C).
  5. Switch to broil for an additional 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Garnish with parsley and dill before serving.
